The Customer does not always have the time or specialized knowledge or the desire to get involved in construction. This is where our professional team comes to help, who communicates with the builder day-to-day, mediates the Customer’s wishes and requirements to the builder, collects and prepares information so that it would be easier for the Customer to make decisions, inspects construction quality, adherence to the construction contract and deadlines, gives its own assessment to completed work and financial acts, analyzes and gives an assessment to the construction company’s proposals for change and replacements and organizes other procedures that are related to construction activity.
